A 60-day window to decide
From the day your order arrives, you have 60 full days to send something back. Plenty of time to try things on, see how they sit in your wardrobe, and decide what stays.
Condition of returned items
To keep things fair, returned pieces should be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Sent back with the original packaging
There are no restocking fees on our side. None at all.
How to start a return
Returns at Amorbe begin with a quick email. Send a note to info@amorbe.com with your order number, and one of our team will reply with the next steps and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are looked after by the customer. We'd warmly suggest using a trackable service so you have peace of mind while your parcel makes its way back to us.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or shade? Just say the word. Let us know in your return email and we'll do everything we can to organise an exchange for you.
When your refund arrives
Once your return reaches our team and has been inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to settle the funds back into your account.
